Redworkz Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT field technician to manage and troubleshoot on-site hardware and network systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely maintenance support.

Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting servers, network switches, storage devices, and peripherals; documenting configurations and procedures; and providing 24/7 standby support to minimize downtime.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in IT/Engineering is required.
• Willingness to work during wee hours and weekend shifts.
• Must perform physical installation of IT equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with providers to install and fix IT hardware on site to ensure continuity.
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot servers, security devices, and network equipment to maintain system integrity.
• Diagnose, install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, storage, and switches for reliable IT infrastructure.
• Create clear and detailed technical documentation for IT systems and maintenance activities.
• Perform regular maintenance and site testing on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.
• Provide 24/7 standby support to promptly respond to maintenance faults and minimize downtime.
