Job summary

ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Support professional to provide Level 1 onsite assistance for client systems, PCs, printers and related infrastructure.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues, align with SLA targets, and keep accurate incident records. You will also install and maintain equipment, support CUPPS/CUSS platforms, coordinate with service desks and vendors, and participate in training and ongoing service improvements while ensuring

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on IT support, desktop support or onsite field engineering.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot PC, printer, software and network issues.
• Experience supporting Windows OS and basic LAN/WAN environments.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA-driven support.
• Direct onsite technical assistance to customers or end users.
• Experience in 24/7 mission-critical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 onsite technical support for customer IT systems, equipment and infrastructure.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and replace PCs, workstations, printers and peripherals.
• Support operational systems such as CUPPS and CUSS kiosks and related equipment.
• Manage incidents and service requests within agreed SLA requirements.
• Update incident records and resolution details in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, vendors and customers to resolve incidents.
• Follow incident management procedures and escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation, handover records and task updates.
• Assist in inventory checks, spare-parts management and equipment refreshes.
• Participate in training and continuous service improvement activities.
