Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring an Order Management / Customer Service Executive to support daily B2B order fulfilment and coordination of regional shipments. The role works closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.

The candidate will manage enquiries, orders, amendments and invoicing, coordinate stock, monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies, while maintaining precise records and seeking workflow

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in order management, sales coordination, B2B customer service or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience managing customer orders through to invoicing; familiarity with export documentation is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; Excel knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer enquiries, orders, amendments and invoicing.
• Coordinate stock availability, replenishment and delivery with suppliers and internal teams.
• Track orders, follow up delays and inform customers of delivery schedules.
• Arrange inbound/outbound shipments with logistics partners and prepare import/export docs.
• Resolve discrepancies and improve daily workflows and reporting.
• Maintain accurate order records.
