Job summary

NIVABIZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Level 1 IT Support Engineer to deliver day-to-day end-user assistance and help with IT operations and projects in our Singapore West office.

You will support hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, printers, and business applications, while handling onboarding, ticketing, patch management, and vendor coordination. This role requires strong customer service mindset, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with IT teammates to

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 1 year of Level 1 IT Support / End-User Support experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows-based desktops and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to end users for incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues and support Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, patch management, and end-user device deployment.
• Support RF/PDA devices, Zebra devices, tablets, printers, and basic network connectivity.
• Record and update incidents in the helpdesk system and maintain documentation.
