Job summary

This role provides onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

The role requires troubleshooting across Windows, Apple, and virtual environments, with experience in SCCM and basic Active Directory/Exchange concepts.

Qualifications

• Two or more of the listed IT certifications.
• 1+ year of relevant IT support experience.
• Citizen or PR holder required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite/on-call IT support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot PC OS, peripherals, hardware and printers.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance using SCCM and related tools.
