Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to coordinate end-user support within the organization’s desktop computing environment. The role involves on-site and on-call assistance to users and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities include managing desktop device incidents (hardware and software), IMAC and desk-side support, imaging and SCCM deployments, asset management, and providing VIP desk-side support when needed.

Competenze

Coordinate support activities for end-users in desktop computing environment.
Provide hardware and software support for desktop devices.
On-site and on-call assistance as required.

Mansioni

Manage desktop device incidents (hardware and software) through to resolution.
Manage IMAC and desk-side support services for laptops and desktops.
Provide standard hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices throughout their lifecycle.
Deploy Windows images and applications using SCCM, patch management and compliance.
