Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or office infrastructure roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; IT/CS degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certifications valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile issues.
• Set up and take down corporate devices with speed and care.
• Provide friendly, patient support to non-technical users.
• Maintain office network services like Wi‑Fi and printing systems.
• Coordinate with Level 2 teams for escalations.
• Document incidents clearly for future learning.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of devices.
• Support AV and meeting room tech as needed.
