Job summary

ServiceOne Limited in Singapore seeks an IT Site Services Engineer to deliver reliable, secure technology services across our sites. You will act as the local IT representative, ensuring user experience, operational continuity, and successful execution of technology initiatives while coordinating with global support, Infrastructure, Security, OT, and vendors.

The role covers end-user support, site infrastructure, asset lifecycle management, and site projects, plus onsite smart hands for OT/Lab

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of IT Support, Site Services or Infrastructure Support experience.
• Experience supporting office, manufacturing, laboratory or logistics environments.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Experience participating in IT projects, deployments and site technology changes.
• Knowledge in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, networking, AV technologies, IT asset management and ITSM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and VIP requests.
• Provide local support for site infrastructure services, network closets, and business continuity initiatives.
• Manage end-user device provisioning, deployment, refresh cycles, and retirement processes.
• Coordinate site readiness, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure changes with minimal downtime.
• Provide onsite smart hands support for OT and Laboratory IT, including hardware installation and verification.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and service improvements.
