Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma/ Degree in IT or Computer Engineering and at least 5 years in enterprise infra. Preferred certifications include CCNA, NSE, ITIL, and VMware.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a production environment.
• Experience in incident management, infrastructure operations, maintenance, and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support network, server, storage, and security infrastructure.
• Perform health checks, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring activities.
• Support network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and related connectivity components.
• Assist in server administration, system recovery, hardware troubleshooting, and capacity monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents affecting service availability.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors.
• Support service restoration activities within agreed response timelines.
• Participate in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Execute approved infrastructure changes, upgrades, firmware updates, and patch deployments.
• Perform configuration backups, validation testing, and rollback procedures.
• Support vulnerability remediation and system hardening activities.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset inventories, network diagrams, and operational records.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors, service providers, and project teams for troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Prepare operational reports and support audit and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Operations

Requirements

• Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a production environment.
  • Experience in incident management, infrastructure operations, maintenance, and patch management.
• Technical Skills
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall concepts.
  • Experience supporting network devices, servers, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, Dell, or HPE technologies.
  • Exposure to storage systems, RAID, SNMP, Syslog, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
  • Experience supporting data centers, critical infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Other Requirements
  • Willing to work onsite in Singapore.
  • Able to support after-hours maintenance and emergency incidents when required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
