Get Out! Events in Singapore is building a pool of freelance Event Managers / Project Event Leads for corporate and private projects. You will take over confirmed projects from the business development team and manage them from planning through execution.

This freelance / project-based role offers flexibility to work on-site in Singapore, with compensation tied to project scope, duration, complexity and involvement level. Suitable candidates will join our pool for matching opportunities.

Qualificações

• Prior experience managing corporate, community, government, or large-scale events.
• Able to manage projects independently with minimal handholding.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Coordinate suppliers, crew, venues, logistics, and onsite operations.
• Able to attend site visits, meetings, rehearsals, and event days as required.
• Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when events require it.
• Able to work on-site in Singapore when required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate venues, suppliers, logistics, manpower, permits, production, and event materials.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project cadence meetings.
• Prepare event timelines, run sheets, checklists, and project updates.
• Manage vendors, crew, and suppliers before and during the event.
• Lead onsite setup, execution, troubleshooting, and teardown.
• Ensure delivery matches the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and client expectations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

GOOD TO HAVE

• Ability to prepare timelines, run sheets, production schedules, and logistics checklists

ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE

This is a freelance / project-based role. Compensation depends on project scope, duration, complexity, and level of involvement required. Suitable candidates will be added to our freelance event management pool and contacted when relevant projects are available.
