Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore (International) Pte Ltd invites applications for an order management and customer service role. You will deliver trusted answers and support across pre-sales and post-sales activities, handling order status, changes, invoicing, and contract issues.

You will liaise with sales, logistics, and other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from order entry to delivery, with attention to compliance and timely revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English and Korean communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in customer order reviewing/processing/management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales consulting on order fulfillment and servicing.
• Coordinate end-to-end customer experience from order to delivery and invoicing.
• Resolve complex customer service issues across multiple countries and teams.
• Identify follow-up business opportunities when applicable.
