Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific or technical field preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years experience in a similar environment for advanced job levels.
• Basic knowledge of GXP/compliant environments, guidelines and requirements preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all scheduled and reactive/unplanned services for the customer.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for program needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define customer challenges and implement solutions.
• Be onsite as part of the customer day-to-day operations and perform duties defined in program agreements.
