Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Manager to lead daily construction activities for semiconductor FAB facilities in Singapore.

You will supervise site engineers, subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications and schedules. The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, strong coordination across disciplines, and compliance with BCA and WSH regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction management, site supervision or industrial building projects.
• Semiconductor FAB, cleanroom, high-tech industrial or large-scale MEP construction experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing on-site construction activities, subcontractors, manpower and project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and technical documents.
• Familiar with Singapore BCA requirements, building regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site, including extended hours or shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safe, timely and quality execution.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve construction issues.
• Plan and coordinate construction schedules and subcontractor activities.
• Manage subcontractors, review drawings and installation procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve RFIs and design discrepancies.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality to meet milestones.
• Prepare site progress reports and handover documentation.
