Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee site installation for a semiconductor EPC project in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with specifications, shop drawings, and safety standards, while coordinating with contractors and engineering teams.

The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering, 5+ years of construction experience, and hands-on site supervision capabilities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant construction experience in building, industrial, chemical plant, data centre or similar projects.
Hands-on experience in site installation and construction activities.
Experience supervising contractors and coordinating site activities; semiconductor or controlled-environment project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Ensure all site installations comply with approved specifications and shop drawings.
Coordinate with contractors to resolve site issues and provide feedback to engineering on design impacts.
Enforce installation quality control per project specifications and requirements.
Ensure contractors comply with approved method statements and risk assessments.
Monitor construction progress and subcontractor manpower, reporting delays and performance.
Coordinate with Construction Management, QA, safety, and foremen to ensure safe and compliant works.
