Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Singapore seeks an Online Assistant Manager to own Guardian App and Web delivery and performance. You will drive enhancements from BRD through UAT, launch readiness, SOPs, and training, ensuring reliable trading and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline.
• 4–6 years hands-on e-commerce or digital operations experience in omnichannel/health & beauty sector.
• Proven experience in BRD/PRD and UAT from requirements to launch and BAU.
• Experience improving online conversion through funnel analysis, A/B testing, checkout optimization with quantified results.
• Experience preparing SOPs, training materials and training non-technical users.
• Knowledge of CMS/promo engines (Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own site requirements delivery from BRD to launch readiness and BAU.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with multiple teams.
• Develop UAT plans and coordinate end-to-end testing.
• Log, troubleshoot and resolve defects; perform regression testing.
• Maintain SOPs, training materials and user training.
• Monitor daily trading and site health; manage promotions and pricing quality.
• Track site performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
