Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty is recruiting a Customer Insights Manager in Singapore. You will transform market, shopper, customer and category data into actionable insights to support strategic and commercial decisions.

You will lead market performance analyses, identify growth opportunities, monitor competitive dynamics, and recommend actions to boost sales and profitability. You will develop analyses across Guardian's product portfolio using NielsenIQ RMS/Market Track, loyalty and transactional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Market Research, or related disciplines.
5-8 years of experience in Customer Insights, Market Insights, Category Management, Commercial Analytics.
Strong expertise in NielsenIQ RMS/Market Track and understanding of its methodology and applications.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive performance analyses and actionable insights across Guardian's product portfolio using multiple data sources.
Translate data into business recommendations by identifying trends, category opportunities, market share movements and growth drivers.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Leadership teams to deliver insights that drive performance and strategic initiatives.
Work with Health & Beauty Insights and Commercial Format teams to drive alignment and knowledge sharing.
Support design and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative research projects with regional counterparts.
