Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Marketplace Manager to run day-to-day trading for our exclusive and distributed brand portfolio on third-party platforms. You will own assortment, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment while aiming to meet annual channel sales and margin targets.

Reporting to the Marketplace & Quick Commerce Manager, you will partner with brand teams and Finance to launch new brands, optimise digital shelf health, campaigns, and platform

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ hands‑on marketplace or e‑commerce operations experience with a retailer, brand principal, distributor or e‑commerce enabler.
• Proven day‑to‑day ownership of platform accounts with quantified results in sales growth, margin improvement or advertising efficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of seller centre administration, listing and bulk‑upload tools, promotion and voucher engines, and platform advertising tools.
• Sound commercial literacy: able to build and interrogate a channel margin model.
• Experience launching a brand or catalogue onto a new platform and ongoing channel development.
• Advanced Excel and platform analytics—turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across all platform accounts – order release, stock and price synchronisation, listing status, promotion set-up and account administration.
• Monitor daily trading and platform health and act on exceptions before they reach the customer.
• Protect platform account health and seller metrics: fulfilment rate, late shipment, cancellation, return and response-time measures.
• Ensure accurate and timely setup and QA of promotions, pricing, vouchers, and campaigns across accounts.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation so each channel can operate independently.
• Plan and execute platform campaigns with a commercial case, secure slots and co-funding, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate platform advertising within budget and report on spend and return.
• Prepare post-campaign reviews analyzing sales, margin, funding, and operational issues.
• Support new distribution launches end-to-end with playbooks and checklists.
• Report regularly on channel performance and drive continuous improvement.
