Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Stationed Property Executive to support facilities at a designated location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, respond to tenant needs, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental programs align with client goals.

The role emphasizes coordinating with contractors, managing CMMS, and conducting regular building inspections, with responsibilities across reporting, meetings, and renewals. This is a hands-on, on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Acknowledge work requests and update CMMS promptly.
• Coordinate with term contractors and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct building inspections twice a week and report findings.
• Prepare minutes for site meetings (CCMC/MA) and actions.
• Plan license renewals and ASD checks for each location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on ongoing work and tenant concerns.
• Escalate issues to the Facilities Manager when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS and related systems.
• Assist with cost estimation for ad-hoc works and RFAs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety programs.
