Job summary

Moddesign Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and renovation projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate design, procurement, production and site installation with designers, engineers and clients, ensuring drawings and specifications are followed and schedules are met.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem‑solving and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across office, factory and site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, interior fit‑out, carpentry or related project management.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and coordinate with designers, engineers and clients.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules from start to handover.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities, crews, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and project requirements; monitor progress.
• Review drawings and technical information; raise RFIs or queries when necessary.
• Coordinate procurement, lead times and deliveries to avoid delays.
• Monitor quality, safety and site compliance; coordinate defect rectification.
• Maintain weekly look‑ahead schedules and project reporting.
• Identify risks, propose recovery plans and escalate when needed.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to clients, designers and management.
• Record and manage variations, cost implications and approvals.
• Ensure on‑time handover with proper documentation.
