Job summary

Exponent Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead corporate office fit-out projects from concept through handover, managing budgets, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate design visuals, schedules, cost control, and contracts, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective coordination with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Strong English and Mandarin communication is required to manage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate office design and build projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and apply building and safety regulations effectively.
• Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to manage communications with English and Mandarin-speaking associates for effective project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate layout plans, design visuals, 3D drawings, and product specifications to meet project requirements and client expectations
• Develop detailed project schedules and prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions for client approval
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, including revisions and amendments with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear agreements
• Arrange submission of plans to local authorities and coordinate building inspections to maintain regulatory compliance
• Prepare and monitor project costing reports for management approval and control budgets to optimize financial performance
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and uphold high-quality workmanship standards
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients to obtain feedback and resolve project.
