Job summary

ID21 PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of corporate office interior fit-out projects. You will manage site activities, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure works meet programme, quality, and safety standards.

This role requires strong hands-on site leadership from mobilisation through handover, with a focus on collaboration with Project Managers, Designers, Consultants, Clients, and subcontractors to achieve high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out, preferably involving corporate office or workplace projects.
• Hands-on experience managing interior fit-out site works and multiple interior trades.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior fit-out drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction activities from mobilisation through to final handover of corporate office interior fit-out projects.
• Plan and manage construction schedules and coordinate activities across multiple interior trades.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and site teams to ensure works are completed according to programme and quality requirements.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries and installation schedules.
• Review approved drawings and specifications and ensure works are executed accordingly.
