Job summary

Teradyne Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a field/service supervisor to lead a team responsible for on-site HDD test systems installations and maintenance. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, develop maintenance plans, and ensure timely delivery of projects at customer sites.

The role requires strong mechatronics knowledge, data-analysis capability, and willingness to travel internationally. Excellent communication in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mechatronics fundamentals (bearings/g-ears etc).
• Ability to analyze data using AI tools or Excel.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee installation projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues on HDD test systems, and related components.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans and processes.
