Job summary

BullionStar in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to run our live IT estate — showroom, e-commerce platform, and vault systems — and lead a small team to keep infrastructure reliable and secure.

You’ll stay close to the technical work, set priorities, deliver practical improvements, manage vendors and budget, and report to the Head of IT and CTO while owning day‑to‑day delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in running IT infrastructure and hands-on delivery.
• Experience leading a small team and prioritising work.
• Comfortable with AI tools and new ideas.
• Eligible to work in Singapore and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and security controls.
• Manage servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Oversee vendors, procurement, and IT budget.
• Ensure PDPA/compliance and support audits.
