Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT support attendant to handle physical IT equipment and assist technicians with servers, networking gear, and cabling in a 3–6 month contract at Boon Lay, Singapore. The role includes hands-on maintenance, basic repairs, and movement of server hardware.

Training is provided at standard rates, with a day and afternoon shift structure. Candidates should have a Nitec IT certificate and be willing to work in a load-bearing environment near the Boon Lay area.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or IT-related certificate.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Willingness to handle physical IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle physical and technical tasks involving IT equipment.
• Assist technicians with installing, troubleshooting and maintaining servers, network devices and cabling.
• Move, handle and rack server equipment.
• Perform basic hardware repairs, including replacing faulty hard drives and RAM.
• Use hardware and software tools to support IT equipment maintenance.
