V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to maintain and troubleshoot the school’s IT infrastructure at Toa Payoh.

The role includes server administration, NAS management, backups, AD/GP, and network support for FortiGate and switches. On-site hardware and software support for ~24 devices is required. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT or related field and hands-on experience in Windows Server, VMware ESXi, NAS and backup solutions, with strong problem-solving and customer

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant IT qualification required.
• Experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, system administration, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware ESXi.
• Familiarity with NAS, backup solutions and data recovery.

Responsabilités

• Perform monthly hardware functionality checks on servers and NAS.
• Maintain VMware ESXi, Windows Server 2012 R2, including updates and security.
• Support NAS devices, backup solutions, and data recovery processes.
• Administer PDC and Active Directory including user management and GPOs.
• Assist network with FortiGate 40F, switches, VLANs, and wireless connectivity.
• Provide hardware/software support for ~24 endpoints, including Windows troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot printers, internet, email and Office apps.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve issues.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and provide on-site support as needed.
• Attend bi-monthly on-site visits for maintenance.
• Attend requests within six hours same day or next business day.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure reliability of IT infrastructure.
