Job summary

August Design Pte Ltd seeks a capable Project Coordinator to drive renovation projects from start to finish on-site in Singapore. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers, and ensure works meet drawings and project requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/Building, with 1–2 years of coordination experience, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in renovation, construction or project coordination.
• Able to read construction drawings and have basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Basic understanding of renovation works and M&E coordination.
• Good coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project schedules and site progress.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Coordinate renovation and M&E works on site.
• Arrange materials, deliveries and installation schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and project requirements.
• Follow up on Variation Orders (VO), defects and project handover.
