Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site coordinator to provide frontline concierge and multi-site support in Singapore.

You will assist with room and AV/IT systems, office supplies, and pantry upkeep across three locations. The role includes coordinating gym operations and supporting monthly promotions. The position requires a Diploma in Business Management or related discipline, with duties Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and a weekly rotation between Bukit Gombak and Redhill.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for various teams within the organization.
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service.
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management.
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents.
• Administrative and operational support for daily pantry upkeep across three locations.
• Manage daily gym operations including maintenance follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support to drive monthly promotions.
• Provide on-site wayfinding assistance for visitors.
