Job summary

Lily & Colilyandcosg.com is seeking an Event Assistant to support end-to-end event preparation in Singapore. You will assist with packing, inventory checks, loading and unloading materials, and contribute to on-site setup, styling, and teardown at various venues.

You will coordinate with florists, photographers, balloon vendors, venues, and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution, monitor timelines, and help troubleshoot issues during events. Singaporeans only, frequent on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, including packing, inventory checks, and loading/unloading of event materials.
• Support the on-site setup, styling, and teardown of event venues.
• Coordinate with vendors and event partners, including florists, photographers, balloon vendors, venues, and other suppliers, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in monitoring event timelines and ensuring all setup milestones are completed on schedule.
• Handle the transportation, organisation, and maintenance of event décor, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide on-site operational support and troubleshoot minor issues during event setup and execution.
• Ensure event materials are packed, stored, and returned in good condition after each event.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to event preparation as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment during event setup and dismantling.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Event Team.
