Job summary

POP ILLUSION (popillusion.com) is seeking a versatile Events/Photography assistant to join our team in Singapore. You will help plan and execute logistics for photography and photobooth projects, perform basic graphic design tasks, and provide on-site setup and technical support at events.

You will also manage a small customer service crew, assist with production and fabrication, and maintain studio inventory.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• No working experience needed in the related field is required, but is an added bonus.
• Experience with events will be an added advantage.
• Some photography & design knowledge is an added advantage.
• Enjoy working flexible hours.
• Interest in photography & events.
• Independent, a good planner, organised, able to problem solve. Self driven, & proactive.
• Cheery personality, presentable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute logistics for photography and photobooth projects.
• Basic graphic design for photography and photobooth projects.
• On site set up & technical support at events.
• Manage customer service crew at events.
• In charge of production & fabrication.
• Manage studio inventory & maintenance.
• Touch up and enhance photos with Lightroom & Photoshop.
• Assist at commercial photoshoots.
• Event photography.
• Development of special projects.
