Job summary

SILK STORIES is seeking a meticulous and dependable Operations Assistant to support day-to-day activities at our Singapore studio. You will manage inventory, process orders, assist with displays, and help run pop-up events, working closely with the founder to keep stock, packaging, and documentation organized.

Ideal candidates are organized, patient with delicate silk pieces, proactive, and comfortable hands-on work.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised and meticulous with details.
• Able to manage inventory and handle silk products with care.
• Proactive attitude and clear, timely communication.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks across operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory—stocktakes, labeling, folding, and organizing stock.
• Pack and process online orders accurately; coordinate couriers.
• Assist product displays in studio, consignment stores, and pop-ups.
• Support setup and operations at events; help customers on-site.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and DMs; maintain trackers and SOPs.
