Job summary

InternSG is seeking a motivated student to join as an Event Intern in Singapore. You will assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events, and contribute ideas for engaging experiences.

You will brainstorm concepts, support proposals and materials, and coordinate with vendors and teams. On-site roles may include evenings or weekends, with a 6-month commitment encouraged.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Creative and proactive with a willingness to share ideas.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Prior event experience is preferred (school events, internships, part-time work, or freelance projects).
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools is a plus.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Available for on-site events including evenings or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events
