Job summary

INSIRO PTE LTD is seeking an IT support technician to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals in a fast-paced IT environment. The role provides end-user technical support and desktop/server OS maintenance.

You will work at Changi Airport Terminal 3, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, supporting IT operations and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Possess Higher Nitec in any relevant IT or Computer Science field.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues accurately and apply appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and team members.
• Demonstrate responsibility, proactivity, and a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adapt quickly to changing work environments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners to meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.
• Support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers in an IT service/help desk setting to ensure reliable user access.
• Apply and maintain tablet, desktop, Server Operating Systems, and all Microsoft applications for end-user productivity.
• Manage and support wireless technologies and LAN infrastructure to ensure network connectivity and security.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all laptop hardware and desktop types to sustain device functionality.
• Perform Active Directory and Azure maintenance support, including Azure AD and On-Prem AD, to manage user accounts and access.
• Listen actively to understand end-user needs and requests, providing clear communication and effective solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet service level expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions to support IT operations and continuous improvement.
