Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an Audio-Video Support Onsite Engineer to provide hands-on AV/VC support and act as an extension of the Customer’s VNOC. The engineer will troubleshoot onsite, set up equipment, manage incidents, and assist with preventive maintenance and event support.

The role involves onsite responsibilities, collaboration with the VNOC team, and ensuring quality AV/VC systems for meetings and events across client environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AV/VC support experience in an enterprise setting.
• Onsite troubleshooting and incident resolution for AV/VC systems.
• Experience with change management and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hands-on AV/VC support to VNOC team.
• Create, update and manage tickets in the ITSM tool.
• Troubleshoot low/medium AV/VC incidents; escalate high/critical incidents.
• Perform AV/VC equipment moves, cabling changes, firmware upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Support configuration, release, vulnerability and patch management activities.
• Set up and configure audio/video equipment for meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot audio quality, video display, connectivity and software issues.
• Provide end-user support for remote controls, touch panels and AV/VC software.
• Maintain equipment configurations, logs, inventory and support documentation.
• Conduct weekly inspections and monthly preventive maintenance for VC rooms.
