Job summary

HD CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee construction, interior renovation and fitting-out works.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and design requirements. Strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple trades are essential. You will conduct site inspections, resolve discrepancies, and maintain quality, safety and timely handover of projects.

Qualifications

• Possession of relevant safety certifications, such as WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, renovation works, and site operations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, interior design drawings, shop drawings and technical details.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for construction, interior renovation and fitting-out projects.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to schedules, drawings, specs and design requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure workmanship, finishes and installations meet quality standards.
• Review drawings and technical details to ensure accurate on-site execution.
• Ensure proper sequencing of works and deployment of manpower, materials and equipment to minimise delays.
