Job summary

LIANG PAINT & DECOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate with project managers and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction, with strong leadership and reading of blueprints.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Inspect work to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, timesheets, and material logs.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
