Job summary

LEZE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to independently manage construction activities and progress. You will supervise a team of workers and subcontractors, resolve site design issues, and prepare daily progress reports and schedules.

The role requires the ability to read structural drawings and specifications, monitor contract compliance, and enforce safety regulations on site. Electrical fitting work and other site duties are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good ability to read specifications and building drawings.
• Experience with track records in LTA projects would be an advantage.
• Good team player with a keen desire to learn and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress on site independently.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site work.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Able to understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Monitor and control contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair and routine checks.
• Responsible for general electrical fitting work.
• Other work-related duties as required.
