Job summary

CK DESIGN CONSULTANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across projects.

You will coordinate subcontractors, read blueprints, manage documentation, and report progress to the Project Manager. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Diploma or degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Ensure safety regulations, building codes, and company standards compliance.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, timesheets, and material logs.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
