RNT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the worksite in Singapore.

You will coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools and equipment to keep work progressing according to drawings, specifications and schedules. The role requires inspecting workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and reporting progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

Relevant construction/site supervision experience.
Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Singapore construction site safety requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.
Plan and arrange workers, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment for daily work.
Monitor site progress and ensure works meet drawings, specs, schedules, and quality requirements.
Supervise civil, structural, architectural, renovation, repair, carpentry, partition, plumbing, M&E, and other works.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Safety personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers for smooth site operations.
Monitor productivity and ensure assigned works are completed on time.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction, quality, safety, or coordination issues.
Ensure workers and subcontractors follow site safety requirements and PPE.
