Job summary

AMBER COSMOS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities on construction, interior renovation and fitting-out projects.

You will ensure progress aligns with schedules, approved drawings, and design requirements, coordinating with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to drive smooth execution. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in site supervision, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for construction and fitting-out projects.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works meet schedules, drawings, specs and design requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Coordinate trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, glass.
