Job summary

Safetech Devices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Project Co-ordinator to join our construction team in Kampong Ubi Central Region. This full-time role acts as the organisational backbone, liaising between site teams, clients, consultants and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will maintain drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence, schedule site meetings, monitor progress, and support the Project Manager with reporting while upholding health,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project co-ordination or similar admin role in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction processes and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and align team objectives and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation: drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence.
• Schedule and attend site meetings with stakeholders.
• Liaise between site teams, clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor progress against schedules and identify delays or risks; support Project Manager with reporting.
• Ensure on-site health, safety and environmental standards are followed.
