Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand the project scope and customer's requirements
• Prepare project schedules and work plans
• Set project milestones and deadlines
• Allocation of manpower, materials and system requirement
• Assign duty to project co-ordinators, engineers and site supervisors
• Monitor worker performance and productivity
• Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet project deadlines
• Monitory weekly and monthly project progress
• Conduct project meetings and site inspection
• Resolve delays, operational problems and coordination issues
