Job summary

QUALITY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator/Supervisor to manage on-site activities and ensure progress as well as safety compliance.

Responsibilities include daily site visits, toolbox safety meetings, and coordinating with engineers, clients and site supervisors on schedules and work completed. You will supervise quality and quantity on site, prepare materials lists for purchasing, and report progress to Admin via Whatsapp.

Qualifications

• N/O Level, Diploma/ITE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil or related studies, especially Safety Oriented studies.

Responsibilities

• Visit project sites daily to monitor progress and report to office.
• Attend toolbox meetings daily with a focus on safety.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers/Clients & Site Supervisors on progress and schedule of work.
• Supervise and inspect jobs at sites (quality & quantity).
• Prepare materials lists for Purchasing and arrange deliveries.
• Coordinate site activities, procurement of materials and delivery to sites.
• Verify attendance records and write progress reports for Admin via Whatsapp.
• Request additional resources as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
