Job summary

Qualitytechnology is seeking a Project Co-ordinator / Supervisor to manage daily site activities, monitor progress and ensure safety at multiple project sites in Singapore. The role collaborates with engineers, clients and site supervisors to keep schedules on track and reports on progress.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of site coordination experience, with a safety-oriented mindset and willingness to learn quickly. Working six days per week on-site is required.

Qualifications

• N / O Level or Diploma/ITE in mechanical, electrical, civil or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in site coordination and material delivery.
• Safety oriented with positive work attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Visit project sites daily, monitor progress and report to office.
• Attend toolbox meetings daily and focus on safety issues.
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients and site supervisors on progress.
• Supervise and inspect work quality and quantity at sites.
• Prepare material lists from site requisitions for purchasing.
• Coordinate site materials delivery and track attendance reports.
• Request additional resources as needed and perform ad-hoc duties.
