Fuku is seeking a Site Public Relations Coordinator based at Tai Seng to serve as the liaison between the project team and residents during construction, handling inquiries and updates.

You will coordinate community engagement activities, monitor public concerns, and provide admin support on site, with a focus on clear communication and timely reporting.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent and strong MS Office skills, with independent work ability in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants.
• Handle public enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Assess issues and take immediate action for public inconvenience from works.
• Coordinate updates, notices and communications to stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of community engagement activities.
• Monitor site conditions and flag potential PR issues.
• Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting.
• Provide general admin support for site operations.
