Job summary

dp architects seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee architectural works on-site. You will assist the Resident Architect in supervision, coordinating with other on-site staff, and ensuring daily records and progress are accurately documented.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in supervising institutional/high-rise projects, accreditation with IES-ACES JAC, and precast construction experience. Overtime and start within 2 months may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site experience in supervision of institutional/high-rise/basement development.
• Must be accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC).
• Prior experience in precast construction.
• Able to work overtime when required by schedule.
• Able to commence work within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of architectural works.
• Assist the Resident Architect in carrying out supervision works on site and coordinate with other Resident Technical Officer at site.
• Quality control of all architectural works.
• Keep and maintain daily site record on progress of works, instructions to Contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number of visitors at site and any other significant information.
• Supervise and keep records of day works.
• Attend site/coordination meetings as directed.
