Job summary

CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site.

The role requires meticulous oversight of materials, workmanship and contract compliance, with emphasis on timely submittals. Candidates should have 5+ years of site supervision experience, ITC Higher NITEC in Architecture or Building Services, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Architecture or Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience.
• Past experiences in healthcare/residential/institutional projects preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for project updates and reports.
• Conversant with local construction practices, codes & regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising architectural works on site.
• Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate and supervise architectural works with care and diligence in discharge of the contract.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, submittals and material samples by contractors.
• Oversee execution of construction works and ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
