Job summary

An established architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee architectural works on-site. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising institutional or high-rise development. Responsibilities include quality control of works, maintaining daily site records, and assisting the Resident Architect. Candidates must be accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee and be able to commence work within 2 months. Overtime may be required to meet project schedules.

Responsibilities

• On-site Supervision of Architectural works
• Assist the Resident Architect in carrying out supervision works on site and also assist in supervising & co-ordination with other Resident Technical Officer at site;
• Quality control of all architectural works;
• Keep and maintain daily site record on progress of works, instructions given to Contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number and visitors at site and any other significant information;
• Supervise and keep records of day works;
• Attend site/coordination meetings as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of site experience in the supervision of institutional/ high rise/ basement development;
• Must be accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC);
• Prior experience in precast construction;
• Able to work overtime when required by schedule;
• Able to commence work within 2 months.
