Qualifications

• Good understanding of order management, inventory control, and shipment processes.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal and factory buy periods with partners.
• Manage retail order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports to track performance and operations.
• Manage import and export processes, including Form D applications.
• Collaborate with logistics to prepare outbound forecasts.
