Job summary

ECHOMARKETING SG PTE.LTD (Daily&Co) in Singapore is seeking a Store Operations Coordinator to manage POS updates, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate cross‑channel product listings and inventory across online and offline channels.

You will train staff, conduct daily briefings, and develop in‑store promotions and displays aligned with seasonal themes to boost foot traffic and sales. Location: Marina Square; hours: 9:00–18:00, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify) is preferred.
• Ability to manage, optimize, and maintain product listings and inventory across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• POS Setting: Regularly update the POS system to reflect new promotions, discounts, or product listings; reconcile daily sales reports with the POS system.
• Stock Management: Ensure timely restocking of promotional items.
• Staff Training: Train staff to understand the brand and products to engage customers effectively.
• Daily Briefings: Share important updates about promotions, new arrivals, or changes at shift start.
• Store Events: Develop and execute in-store promotions and displays to drive foot traffic and sales.
