Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking an Omni Channel executive to support daily operations and ensure the Omni Channel processes run smoothly. You will manage onboarding/offboarding of advisors, handle data collection and reporting, and respond to servicing inquiries from customers and advisors.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, sharp organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle high data confidentiality while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint).

• Good administrative and organizing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding and offboarding of advisors for Omni Channel.
• Collect, process and update data for project and business reporting.
• Handle servicing enquiries from customers and advisors.
• Process vouchers for digital and partnership campaigns.
• Provide administrative support including checking submissions and documents for payment.
• Coordinate operations for POC initiatives.
• Perform UAT/Production validation for product deployment.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

As an Omni Channel executive, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the day-to-day operation for the channel. Your role will involve your commitment to prepare and execute the key tasks/responsibilities to ensure the business and operations functions are well implemented.

Key responsibilities:

• 1) Preparing the onboarding and offboarding of advisors for Omni Channel
• 2) Perform collecting, processing, and updating of data for project and business management reporting
• 3) Handling servicing enquiries from customers and advisors
• 4) Handling voucher processing for digital and partnership campaigns
• 5) Provide administrative support including checking of submissions/processing documents for payment
• 6) Operations setup/coordination for any POC initiatives
• 7) Performing UAT/Production validation for product deployment
• 8) Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications - External Requirements:
